The quack quack app works the same as other dating apps.

You need to complete your profile, enter some basic details, and make your profile as attractive as you can.

You can find a person of your preference and send them likes or messages to show interest.

The app works similarly to other dating apps, but the UI is simpler and less modern on this app.

Also, the swiping method is a bit different here.

With a few visual changes and more features, the core working of the Quack Quack app is similar to other popular dating apps, which is not a bad thing by any means.

User Interface

Quack Quack User Interface

If we talk about the user interface, it is almost similar to the Omi dating app.

You will see profiles on your screen, one at a time. As you scroll down, you can see their details regarding the same questions you were asked while making the profile.

You can even send them a request to access their phone number.

An interesting feature of this app is that you can forward the profiles to your friends if you feel like getting their opinions.

Overall, the user interface is quite simple and super easy to use. There’s not much to do around this app, just the simple like or reject and certain filters to be used.

As said earlier, the app doesn’t have a modern touch like Boo dating app (Check full review)It might feel boring and outdated, but still, the app is usable, and most users won’t have much problem with the UI.

The app doesn’t throw unnecessary ads on your screen, which is good and enhances the overall experience.

Quack Quack App Features

Quack Quack Features

The Quack Quack app doesn’t have much to offer in the free version.

However, when you take a subscription, there are a lot of new and exciting features that the app provides. Some of them are:

Find My Crush: If you have a crush on someone and want to check out their profile on the app, this feature helps do that using just their phone number. You have to enter the phone number, and the app shows you the profile if that exists on the app.

Sharing Contact Number: Let’s assume you liked a profile. You have a phone number displayed on their profile but can’t access it, as it’s hidden. Now, you can send them an access request, and if they like you back, they can share the number’s access with you.

Waves: If a person is too hesitant about starting a conversation, the app provides you with a one-liner to break the ice.

Interest Booster: In this busy era, one doesn’t have enough time to find a compatible match. If you’re also one of the busy bees, this app has an algorithm that lets you choose your preferences and set criteria. Once you do that, the app will do the rest and show you the profiles that match your criteria.

Profile Quality: Genuine or Fake?

Whatever information you shared during your sign-up process is visible on your profile. However, we noticed that some paid profiles had some information kept hidden.

You can also hide your profession, age, education, and location by subscribing to Quack Quack Plus.

What we noticed about most of the profiles was that they weren’t detailed or well-written, making it a bit challenging to know about a person and decide whether it’s a good match.

We believe that looks don’t matter as much as compatibility and nature do. Thus, if you have a different opinion, this won’t be a problem for you.

Furthermore, you can easily view someone’s pictures and browse their uploaded pictures without a paid subscription.

As far as authenticity is concerned, every profile undergoes a verification process. It means that most profiles on this app are verified.

Weirdly, if anyone sends you pre-built messages to start a conversation, the profile might appear fake. However, that’s not always the case. Upon taking a closer look, you’ll realize that some profiles aren’t fake.

You also have the option to report or block an account if you notice anything suspicious.

As most features on this app are paid, we were expecting to encounter fewer fraudsters on the app. However, we often met several fake profiles here and there.

So, the overall profile quality is just decent.

Truly Madly is also a good dating app for finding serious relationships. You can check its review here.

Is the Quack Quack app Free?

Some features on the Quack Quack dating app are free, but most require a subscription. Compared to other dating apps, the pricing is average, falling neither on the expensive nor cheap end.

In addition, the app offers a 30-day refund policy. It means if you have already paid for the subscription and don’t like the features, you can take your money back.

Let us take you at some of the features the app provides with the free and paid versions.

The Free Version:

The free version has limited features, some of which are:

The Real Life Experience

When it comes to using dating platforms, it’s like joining the gym. Difficult in the beginning, but as soon as you get used to it, it becomes easier.

We found some fake profiles, but with time, we realized that Quack Quack is very strict about the authenticity of its members and doesn’t withstand scam profiles.

We used the app for months and met some genuine people.

But it wasn’t easy to meet genuine people, as we had to go through six to seven fake profiles to meet one genuine user.

We also noticed that most users were looking for long-term relationships and serious dating. So, If you’re into casual dating, this app is not for you.

Because we have used more modern-looking dating apps, we didn’t like the UI at first. But with time, we didn’t have any major problems with the UI as most features were easily accessible.

The most irritating thing was the inability to send messages in the free version.

You can send likes and matches with anyone for free, but you can’t send messages for free.

So, our overall experience with the app was average.

Well, Quack Quack doesn’t offer an extensive range of features or a modern user interface. It has been kept simple to provide you with just the basics.
