- Scroll down to the bottom, where you’ll find the “Delete Account” option, just below the “LogOut” button. Click on “Delete Account.”

- Click the “Delete Account” button. Kismia will then ask for a reason.
- Select any reason and click “Continue.”
- Enter your feedback (you can write anything) and click “Continue.”
- Kismia will try to persuade you to stay with a message like “Give us a second chance!” and suggest contacting support instead. Click “No, Thanks.”
- In the final confirmation pop-up, type “DELETE” and click “Confirm.“
- It will take a few seconds to process, and your account will be permanently deleted.

Weird Thing I Noticed After Deleting My Account

Usually, when I delete my account on a dating site or app, all my information is erased, and the app restarts from the beginning, asking me to sign up again.
However, on Kismia, after deleting my account, I was still on the profile tab, and my name and age were still visible. This made me worry whether my account was actually deleted.
Aside from the profile tab, all other sections displayed an error message: “Oops, something went wrong.” My matches, chats, and likes were completely deleted.
When I tried to edit my information, the app crashed and redirected me to the login page, where it asked me to log in or create a new account.
This was likely a glitch, but in the end, my account was permanently deleted.
